Vision Statement
Axis student ministry exists to make disciples of all students by teaching them the Word of God, and training them in obedience and compassion.

Plant ( Lk 14:23) -> Water (2 Th 2:8) -> Grow (1 Cor 12:7)
Our discipleship model is simply to move students through the stages of spiritual formation. For ease of communication, we have termed these stages: plant, water and grow.
The plant stage is our entry point into the ministry. This is where we seek to reach unbelieving and unchurched students, and get them plugged into the ministry where they can hear and respond to the gospel.
The water stage is where we move them into a small group to be nourished and cultivated under committed leaders and alongside brothers and sisters in the faith.
Finally, the growth stage is where we equip and empower students to use their spiritual gifts for the work of the gospel ministry.
